This really wasn't that difficult. It seems that the hard part is to come up with an idea and figure out how to present it. While searching through posters online to get an idea of how I should approach this project, it seems that some them were just TOO chaotic. I prefer simplicity, that is how I live my life. So I think that most of my designs are likely to look plain and boring. Maybe they'll be jazzed up here and there, then again to each his own.

Wow! that came out awesome. Very impressed I wish mine had turned out that good, A+ from me
ReplyDeleteFirst of all, AMAZING JOB !!!!!!!! This is the best one I have seen in my opinion, Though there are details in the sphere the over all composition of it is quite simple which I really like. The Message to the audience is clear and you interact with the viewers by asking the question ".are YOU the missing piece" . I also see what you were saying about trying to feather and soften the edges of the sphere but I think over all you did an amazing job. If I were to give any negative critiquing, it would be that the one finger that is overlapping the sphere looks out of focus and blurry for some reason. Other than that, like I mentioned earlier, Best that I have seen yet !
ReplyDeleteVery good.Select the sphere and use the feather command.

I liked your Poster. Very good job from Idea and execution.
ReplyDeleteGood Job!!
I think if you softened the edges a bit, the globe would have blended in perfectly with the hand. You could have done that by using the quick selection tool for the picture then playing around with the tools when the tool box comes up. That way, it allows you to have more control in how sharp or fuzzy you want the image. As for the finger, I’m guessing you probably used the clone tool to get the finger nail from the other finger next to it. I sometimes use that as well. I loved the image and it definitely had a strong message to it. That was actually one of the best images portraying world hunger that i have seen so far.
